CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT for Project PSXE139013 Construct KC-135 Support Shops, at the 134th Air Refueling Wing, McGhee Tyson ANG Base, TN. Work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the plans and specifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three years. Construction project magnitude is $10,000,000.00- $25,000,000.00. Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference site visit. See Section 00100 for location and date. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government consider only price and price related factors.
