MVPHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities. All bids may be held 30 days. Any technical questions regarding this IFB are to be submitted in writing to Mr. Gilbert Cruz, Mod/Maintenance Manager, to (575) 526-2007 or emailed to gcruz@mvpha.org. NO TELEPHONIC QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Questions will be accepted until noon on December 23, 2023. MVPHA will issue Addenda, as necessary, on or before January 4, 2023.
