The project is located east of Frentheway Road, south of Klipstein Road, west of Telephone Road and north of Horse Creek Road. Scope details have not been released. As of September 8, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking rezoning request, preliminary development plan and subdivision permit and plat from the Laramie County Board of Commissioners. A meeting with the county Planning Commission was held August 11, 2022, but the results are not yet available. Information regarding the owner, developer, architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
