Germann Road Water-Sewer and Meridian Road Water

Project Summary: Germann Road Project #WW084 and #WA163 The scope of work for this portion of the project will consist of the installation of approximately 5265 linear feet of 24-inch PVC sewer line, Manholes and related appurtenances along Germann Road, from Signal Butte Road to Meridian Road. Also, water line installation will be included in the scope of work for this project. It will consist of the installation of approximately 5227 linear feet of 18-inch DIP water line and related appurtenances along Germann Road, from Signal Butte Road to Meridian Road. Additional work includes the installation of temporary blow-off assemblies, and the installation of fire hydrants. Meridian Road Project #WA162 The scope of work for this portion of the project will consist of the installation of approximately 6163 linear feet of combined 12-inch PVC water lines (low pressure, transmission, and high pressure) and related appurtenances along Meridian Road. Three water lines are shown together in parallel but the scope of work will only involve the installation of dual lines (low pressure and transmission) from the Towns new well site and continue north to Ryan Road. Then the high pressure water line will be extended from Ryan Road to Germann Road. The scope of work will also consist of installation of an 8" Flow Control Valve Station on Queen Creek Road just west of Meridian Road and a 12" Flow Control Valve Station on Germann Road.
