| Description | Site No:119661 Building No: 118024 Includes the demolition of approximately 14,000 SF of concrete slabon- grade that has heaved due to soil movement and the removal and replacement of approximately 3,100 CY of subgrade soils under that slab. Additionally there is approximately 3,000 SF of slab-on-grade to be slab jacked to raise the floor to its original elevation. Walls affected by the removal of floor slab shall be removed and replaced in their current locations and mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements shall be removed or temporarily supported and put back in place after the replacing of the slab. To meet the fire code requirements, some of the walls shall be replaced with 3 hour rated CMU walls to create separate zones. |
