Description | Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Town Clerk, on paper and in electronic format, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail Jupiter, FL 33458 October 13, 2022 at 2:00 pm Heights of Jupiter End Wall Rehabilitation Phase II (S1502C) The nature and scope of this project is: Installing two end walls, one on Leslie St and the other on Heights Blvd.; restoring rip rap around an existing drainage outfall to a drainage canal; replacing chain link fence pedestrian barriers with concrete end caps and aluminum pedestrian railings; and modifying an existing end wall on Drake Street. This work includes, but is not limited to: providing temporary traffic control, dewatering, storm water flow control, excavation, removal and disposal of concrete flat work, trim and/or remove conflictive vegetation, disposal of unsuitable material, providing suitable fill, and compaction; forming footers, walls, end caps, installing steel reinforcement and finishing concrete; removal and disposal of eleven (11) chain link fence pedestrian barriers and installing eleven (11) aluminum pedestrian railings; regrading all work areas in accordance with the Contract and/or Town Staff direction; forming, reinforcing and replacing or installing concrete flat work; backfill, compaction, rough grading, fine grading, irrigation repairs, and sod restoration; repairs to any public or private infrastructure damaged during the course of the work; and all other work required by the contract documents to provide a complete rehabilitation to end walls included in the project. |
