West Side Interceptor Diversion Facility - E-39 - Town of Amherst

As of April 3, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. However, a small amount of funding for this project is allocated fiscal year 2023 and a majority of funding is allocated to 2025-2026. The closed solicitation has been included below for reference. Design, permitting & construction of 15 MGD diversion facility to manage capacity issues on the West Side Interceptor by shifting flow to underutilized interceptors. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
