Description

The Town of Lexington is soliciting responses from vendors on the ITC 68 contract for the design, engineering, installation, and ongoing support of a private fiber optic municipal area network utilizing SMF dark fiber. The subject line of the email, to reserve a spot for the vendor meeting and walkthrough, must read FMAN RFQ 23-14 and be sent to both itoffice@lexingtonma.gov and dgoodman@lexingtonma.gov. All visitors must carry a valid photo identification and sign in and out of the building visitor log upon request. When requested, visitors must review and take all necessary steps to comply with relevant security and safety policies. Visitors must stay with the escorted group, within specific work areas of sites. All security and safety policies that apply to the site visit shall apply to the Contractor's site work as well. Additional requirements are set forth below in Section 3(F) "Onsite Security and Safety". To attend this meeting and to obtain a building supplemental information packet the vendor must complete a Town NDA prior to the deadline as noted in Event Calendar (Section 3(H)) or have a current NDA with the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses if it's in the public interest to do so. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
