| Description | The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish contracts with qualified firms to provide residential home painting - exterior only. The initial contract will be for a period of one-year with four, one-year renewal options exercisable based on performance of contracted firm and future pricing. The primary purpose of the contract is to establish a list of firms from which citizens can choose a painting contractor to make repairs to structures required through ordinance violations. However, the programs shall be available to all Tempe residents. |
