The work performed will be financed in part by grants provided under programs of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). As such, requirements for construction adopted by the FTA will be part of this project. Bidders who mail their proposals shall address them to Macon County Finance Department, Attn: Lindsay Leopard, 5 W Main Street, To prevent accidental opening, ALL Proposal shall be enclosed in a mailer and be clearly marked on the mailer BID REQUEST NO. 4930-01 TRANSIT VEHICLE PARKING BUILDING. Requirements adopted by Macon County Government for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) will be part of this project. All minority businesses and historically underutilized businesses are hereby encouraged to submit proposals for this project. Macon County Government reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
