**This bid has been cancelled and will rebid at a later date** In accordance with Section 103 of General Municipal Law, State of New York, Jefferson County (herein called the County) invites the submission of sealed bids for: Fuel Truck Overfill Controller System The project includes but is not limited the following approximate construction quantities: Furnish and install Scully Scul-Sense 2-Wire optic sensor and Scully socket on three (3) existing refueler trucks. Furnish and install new Scully ST-15 Overfill prevention control monitor at existing tank locations. Please note that it is the bidders responsibility to obtain all bid documents (including addenda) on the mcfarland johnson, inc. Bid portal. Bidders must supply all the information required by the proposal forms. Copies of this bid may be examined and copies obtained at the County Purchasing Department. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. All questions regarding this bid should be submitted in writing (mail, fax, or email) to the County Purchasing Department.
