Holt Mass Notification

This RFP is looking for a selected vendor to install Syn-App Revolution in Holt Public Schools' VMware environment. Vendor will provide all licensing needed for this project and pricing for cabling to each endpoint device. Phones are already connected to the network and are not part of this project. Holt Public Schools needs pricing to add the following devices based on the type of room: 1. Classroom o Digital Display o Speaker o Talkback 2. Loud Rooms (gymnasiums, band rooms, choir rooms, etc.) o Digital display o Strobe o Speaker o Talkback 3. Hallways o Digital Display o Strobe o Speaker 4. Offices o Digital Display o Speaker Recommendations for locations for devices compatible with the Revolution software are welcomed. This RFP will include pricing per building for scaling purposes based on the available funding. Please let us know if there is a discount for doing multiple buildings at the same time. Please separate your cabling and hardware and installation price. Service Start : 6/19/2023 Service End : 9/29/2023 All questions will be due by June 2nd, 2023, and bids due June 7th at 1pm.
