| Description | The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) seeking to purchase 4,000 feet of THHN/THWN-2 37 Stranded 600 Volt 90 Copper Wire that is cut down into five (5) spools that are 320 feet each and five (5) spools that are 480 feet each. Rochester Gas & Electric has agreed to provide 100% financial assistance to cover the costs of this wire through its Make Ready Program. RGRTA has been assured by RG&E that neither New York State nor Federal funds are being passed through RG&E in support of these efforts. Based on this commitment and reassurance, RGRTA has not established any MWBE, SDVOB or DBE goals for this purchase. Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate in this Event. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority.
