Description

Mill and Pave City Streets: Mill 1.5in depth the full width of the driving lanes. Re-pavement section to consist of 0.05 gal/sq yd bituminous tack coat and 2” TDOT Grading D mix. High visibility striping to consist of 60-120 mills hot applied thermoplastic paint with high visibility beads embedded 50-60%. Full Depth Repair: Saw cut across College Drive 10ft east and west of culvert head walls, 80 ft of total cutting, excavate and remove binder and base stone 18” deep, 40’ wide and 40’ long, place and compact CBT to 3in below the grade of milled surface, place 3in leveling course then pave 2” TDOT Grading D mix.
