Description

1. The existing Air Handling Unit (AHU) was replaced in 2019. The AHU is a variable system with reheat and capacity control. Each space is controlled by a motorized damper and a thermostat. There is no reheat for each space and space temperature cannot be controlled correctly. This project provides Eleven (11) new Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes with reheat (except electrical room) and thermostats to control the space temperature correctly. Control for the VAV boxes will be provided. Control sequence for existing AHU will be modified. There will be some duct modification for the new VAV boxes. This project also includes the associated electrical work for the VAV boxes and controls.
