Description

The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for Common Area Flooring Replacement prepared by the Southeast Regional Capital Assistance Team (RCAT) acting as and referred to in the Contract Documents as the Prime Designer. The Project consists of: Removal of existing sheet flooring, and replacement with adhered luxury vinyl tile and entry carpet flooring systems within common corridors at selective buildings. Remove existing sheet flooring and replace with new adhered vinyl and carpet flooring systems within common corridors at selective buildings. Direct all questions in writing to mparris@tauntonhousing.com. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
