E-Rate for Wide Area Network Connections

The District is interested in entering into an agreement for award of 2023/2024 E-Rate eligible services, including Wide Area Network Connections. This would include digital transmission services via fiber optics. Local and minority bidders are specifically encouraged. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept or reject any item, to withdraw a line item or entire RFP, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding. The District may award any, all or none of this RFP. Any resultant award by the Board of Education will be by Section to the lowest responsible bidders in accordance with PCC 20118.1. Contract award is contingent upon availability of funds. This RFP is subject to the provisions of Education Code Section 45125.1. Vendor's employees are required to submit fingerprints to the Department of Justice where an employee may come into contact with students at any school site. All questions or request for clarification are to be directed to purchasinginfo@psusd.us If a proposer discovers any ambiguity such as a conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other error in the RFP, the proposer shall immediately notify the District in writing.
