Description

Disconnect and remove old evaporator, condenser, line set and electrical wiring for cooler number 1 and 2 located in bldg. 4 1E kitchen Set in place new evaporator in coolers and set new condensing unit on rack located in mechanical room. Run new refrigerant line sets and reconnect to existing electrical wiring. Pressure test, evacuate, start system up and charge with refrigerant All work shall be done in accordance with NFPA 70 NEC standards as well as VHA directive 1028 and follow proper lock-out tag-out procedures under OSHA requirements part 1910 subpart J (the control of hazardous energy 1910.147) and follow all other federal, state and local HVAC and electrical and safety standards.
