The Project Being Situated as Follows: From a Point on Sr 6006 at Segment 0224 Offset 0215 and Segment 0225 Offset 0247 (Station 208+00.00) to a Point Approximately 324.00 Feet (0.061 Miles) Along Sr 6006 at Segment 0224 Offset 0615 and Segment 0225 Offset 0641 (Station 212+24.00). This Project Involves Preservation to the Existing Reinforced Concrete Arch Culvert Carrying Sr 6006 Over Leggetts Creek, in City of Scranton, Lackawanna County. Construction Will Be Staged Utilizing a Temporary Shoulder Closure of Ramp E as Well as Hollow Ave/market St to Construct Two Access Roads to Culvert Repairs and Retaining Walls at the Inlet End. Other Work Includes Minor Shoulder Bituminous Paving, Guiderail Replacement, E&s Control Measures, Landscaping, Temporary Barrier, Temporary Traffic Control, Access Road Construction, Temporary Excavation Support and Other Miscellaneous Concrete Construction Work.
