Janitorial Services

Original Set Aside: 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8). The Desert Defender Regional Training Center at Ft. Bliss has a two part mission of training and equipping warfighters. In order to complete these missions it to maintain healthy living accommodations for the students as well as healthy work areas for all assigned personnel. Ft. Bliss will provide space and support for this requirement. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, management, quality control, and labor necessary to perform janitorial services, in designated locations, in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Furthermore, the contractor will provide any specialty materials, tools, and equipment required to meet the PWS. Desert Defender will provide basic materials, cleaning agents, and equipment at each facility for the contractor to use, to include mops, buckets, brooms, dust pans, trash liners. Task frequency shall be accomplished IAW the Desert Defender Cleaning Schedule in the PWS.
