| Description | For Chemicals Each bid must be on the bid form contained in the specifications and must contain full name of everyperson or company interested in the same and shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check on some solvent bank or a proposal bond, satisfactory to the Director in the amount of $300.00, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted a contract will beentered into and its performance properly secured.Should any bid be rejected, such check will be returned upon the proper execution of the contract.The City of Delphos reserves the right to reject anyand all bids and to waive any irregularites in any bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty (40) daysafter the date of the bid opening. |
