| Description | The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes the Installation of a new bulkhead system (approximate length 730 LF) and the select removal of the existing bulkhead within a tidal waterfront area as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. The work also includes tie backs, anchors, top railings, storm drainage works, and backfill and stone restoration of the upland areas. Miscellaneous demolition of existing bulkheads, electrical systems and water lines may be involved as needed. |
