For Internal Connections Equipment (Wireless Infrastructure and Switches), and associated support and installation/configuration. The District intends to apply for discounts on the equipment listed in this RFP through the federal E-rate program. Several criteria and restrictions pertinent to the E-rate program are included herein and must be met by the successful vendor in order for the proposal to be considered a Qualified Proposal. 1. Switching Equipment, Installation and Configuration at High School/Middle School Building. 2. Switching Components at Two Elementary School Buildings. 3. Wireless Equipment, Mounting and Configuration at High School/Middle School Building. 4. Removal of Existing Wireless Equipment in High School/Middle School Building and Mounting and Configuration of this equipment in Two Elementary School Buildings. 5. Installation of Cat 6e Cabling Drops in High School/Middle School Building for Wireless Drops. 6. Installation of new Cat 6e Cabling Drops Two Elementary Schools. 7. Move of existing Cat 6e Cabling Drops and Wireless Equipment in Two Elementary Schools. 8. Wireless and Switching Equipment/Service in Admin Building. 9. Approximately 19 of the Wireless Access Points will be wall mounted.
