2023 Street Improvements

Street reconstruction (excavation, storm sewer work, aggregate base, curb& gutter, sidewalk & driveway aprons and bituminous paving) on various streets throughout the city. Reconstruction of Houston Avenue includes Installation of new watermain. 1) City Project: Houston Avenue - Hunter Street to South Ash Street > Watermain Installation & Street Reconstruction 3) City Project: Euclid Avenue - Guthrie Street to East Ditch > Street Reconstruction 2) City Project: Alexander Street - 4th Avenue North to 600 feet North > Street Reconstruction 4) City Project: Guthrie Street - Euclid Avenue to DAC Driveway > Street Reconstruction City Project: 7th Street & Elm Street > Bituminous Paving of Alley All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. 7.02 Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents as deemed advisable by OWNER or ENGINEER.
