| Description | From qualified contractors for the demolition of a single-family dwelling owned by the Town of Blackstone and located at 415 Oak Street in the Town of Blackstone. The successful bidder shall provide a lump sum sealed bid for the demolition, removal, and proper disposal of all materials from the site including accessory structures. Additionally, after demolition the site shall be graded to satisfy soil and erosion requirements. The Town of Blackstone shall provide a certification that all asbestos containing materials and heating oil vessels have been properly removed from the site prior to demolition.
