Bow Creek Road & Laudermilch Road Signal Improvements

The Project includes the following Work: The work generally consists of traffic signal improvements at multiple intersections along Bow Creek Road and Laudermilch Road in East Hanover Township, Dauphin County, PA. This project was financed [in part] by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Green Light - Go Program. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Bow Creek Road & Laudermilch Road Signal Improvements Question Deadline 09/29/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Owner on its own initiative may issue Addenda to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents. 7.02 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. All questions shall be submitted using Bidding Documents Website (PennBID). The estimated cost for this project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. East Hanover Township reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of East Hanover Township, and to reject any or all proposals.
