2023 Flooring Replacement Project

All Bidders are encouraged to attend and sign in at the meeting which will be attended by the Owner and Architect. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cash, an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid security shall be payable to the Board of Directors DAOES/ Technology Center of DuPage. Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Sonia Martinez, Business Manager/ CSBO, DAOES/ Technology Center of DuPage, 301 South Swift Road, Addison, Illinois 60101. All Bids shall be delivered to the same address. Bid opening will be immediately following at the same address. The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of DAOES/ Technology Center of DuPage. F.All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. Additional digital sets and paper copies may be obtained from BHFX by any contractor at the contractors' cost. One set of bidding documents consists of 1 set of drawings, 1 Project Manual, and 1 set of bid forms.
