Description | **As of September 5, 2019, the owner decided not to award the project. A timeline for a re-bid is not yet determined.** The work will consist of the construction of a new 22' x 37'-4" wastewater pump station facility including a channel grinder and wastewater pumping systems with VFD's along with site work, connection to electrical, natural gas, and water utilities and connection to the existing HDPE force mains and the connection to the sewer interceptor. The Hooksett Sewer Commission seeks sealed Bids will for the construction of a proposed Wastewater Pump Station and associated utility and site work. Any Questions Regarding Bidding Should Be Directed to the Sewer Commission Office at (603) 485-7000. Addendas, as Required, Will Be Distributed by Email and Posted on Stantec's Ftp Website for Bidding. Bid Security: Bid Security, Certified Treasurer's or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, in the Amount of 5 Percent of the Bid Shall Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Reservation of Rights: Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Informalities in Bidding or to Accept the Bid or Bids, Should the Owner Deem It in the Best Interest of the Hooksett Sewer Commission. Bid Withdrawal: No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of 60 Days After the Opening of Bids Without Consent of Owner. |
