| Description | This contract consists of a base bid and alternate bid. Both the base bid and alternate bid involve the furnishing all materials, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision required to construct the proposed retaining wall along Aquetong Creek as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. The work consists of but is not limited to: mobilization, traffic control, installation and maintenance of Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, demolition, replacement of the retaining wall, slate sidewalk installation, parking lot repaving, clearing & grubbing, and grading. The quantities associated with the base bid and each alternate are more fully defined in Section 01 22 00 Measurement and Payment. |
