Description

This project includes: Renovation of the second floor of the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority’s North Campus location to create new service/office areas. Some of the existing walls, finishes, and systems will be removed. New walls and finishes will consist of gypsum board on metal studs, ACT and gypsum board ceilings, carpet, and tile. New VAV boxes and branch ductwork will be required for the HVAC system. New electrical panels and distribution will be required.
