Description

1. Remove three above ground storage tanks, located at: o 320 South Pearl Ave., Douglas, Georgia o 2165 Industrial Blvd., Douglas, Georgia o 1337 Pope Dr., Douglas, Georgia 2. Tanks are made of steel and located on concrete pads. 3. Tanks are 50,000 gallons, roughly 30ft in diameter. 4. There was only treated ground water held in tanks when used. 5. Tanks have been emptied for at least ten (10) years. • Remove three concrete pads. 6. Sites should be inspected before bidding. 7. This is a tum key job. 8. All debris must be removed before payment will be issued.
