Description

The work consists of maintenance and new work dredging of a base amount of approximately 4,012,000 cubic yards of unclassified material from the Charleston Upper Harbor which shall be deposited in Clouter Creek Placement Area (Highway Cell) and Yellow House Creek Placement Area. The work is located in Charleston and Berkeley Counties, South Carolina. The work includes complying with the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammals Protection Act.
