Landscape Districts - North Maintenance of Parkway, Median, and/or Open Space Landscaping and Irrigation

The City has identified the need to engage a contractor to perform landscape and irrigation maintenance services in certain parkway, median, and/or open space landscaped areas. The City is responsible for the maintenance of several million square feet of public landscaping and irrigation. This RFP is for the maintenance of approximately 3.9 million square feet. Please see Exhibit A for additional information. Funding for these services is provided by the property owners within each landscape maintenance district. As such, funding for the services may be adjusted throughout the term of the contract. The current level of service is referenced in the bid import schedule. The City requires the services of a contractor with experience in public landscape and irrigation maintenance, licensed in the State of California, and one that possesses valid licenses, permits, and certifications required for the performance of the work Online Q&A Yes Deadline 03/17/2023 2:00 PM Bid Guarantee.
