Description

In general, the renovation includes the installation of a new electrically operated inclined platform lift providing handicap accessibility onto, and off of, the existing stage. Construction of new interior non-loadbearing walls and new ceiling and lighting. Renovation also includes the construction of a new exterior handicap ramp, stair and landing with associated aluminum handrails, as well as construction of new sidewalk to an existing entry to the building.
