(Option Line Item) Between $150,000 to $350,000. Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions in writing at least five (5) days prior to the conference. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This work shall consist of the construction staking of roads, parking lots, parking spurs, family units, tent pads, paths, stairways, culverts, retaining walls, buildings, and utilities in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, instruments, materials, transportation and other incidentals necessary to complete the construction staking in accordance with these specifications and acceptable engineering practice. This project is for site improvements at the Color Country Interagency Fire Center to accommodate a new modular lab building and two greenhouses. The Color Country Interagency Fire Center is located at 1770 Kitty Hawk Dr, Cedar City, UT 84721. The contractor is responsible to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for the supply and installation all water, sanitary sewer, electrical, and telecommunications infrastructure as well as foundation preparation for the proposed building(s). The RMRS Shrub Sciences Lab is currently in a 12-month rental space until August 31, 2023. This work must be completed in time for their mid-term office trailer to be delivered on June 1, so that there is time for IT wiring and installation, utility connection, and actions necessary to occupying the building before the rental period expires.
