In general, the project consists of exterior improvements to the Bayport Public Library. This is the first of two-bid packs being solicited. Bid Pack#1 will be for the exterior improvements. Bid Pack #2 will be for the interior renovation. This bid back will consist of window cleaning, restoration, carpentry restoration, roofing/sheet metal flashing, joint sealants, and exterior painting.
