Tyndall AFB, FL - Repair Dormitories HVAC Multi

This Design-Build effort is intended to replace the Geothermal Ground Water Cooling Loop as the primary source of cooling water for each of the identified buildings. This new system will consist of Multiple Individual Water-Cooled Cooling Towers connected to the existing water loop using automated valves controlled by the EMCS system. This will allow the switching between the Ground water loop and the Cooling towers to maximize cooling. Additionally repair/restore and perform hydronic flow test and provide user with test results and flush the interior HVAC elements for each of the Dormitories B1050, 1053 &1054 that are identified as problematic and are within the scope of work below. The project is located on Tyndall Air Force Base (AFB). The Design-Build Team will consist of a Construction and design team Designer of Record (DOR) that shall perform the services herein and as described in this Statement of Work (SOW).
