Sinkhole Developments and Improvements

For collaborating with the city and furnishing labor and equipment rates to develop new, or improve existing, sinkholes throughout the City, in accordance with City of Perryville Municipal Code 12.12.070 and 12.12.080. The contractor is required to provide all rate information within the quote sheet for equipment and fees they plan to utilize for the projects. Insurance Required. Successful contractor must furnish proof of workmen's compensation insurance. Quotes may be held by the City of Perryville for a period not to exceed 60 calendar days from the date of the opening for the purpose of evaluating quotes prior to award of contract. The City of Perryville reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities or to reject any or all quotes and to accept the one that in the judgment of the Board of Alderman is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
