Description | The project consists of approximately 14,000 linear feet of 3-in. HDPE piping to provide the current Johnson Creek Water User's Association with a clean source of potable water from the current Duck Lake Water Association. This project also includes the construction of a new building containing booster pumps and appurtenances, and new electrical facilities that serves to fill the existing Johnson Creek supply reservoir. Installation of the new 3-in. pipe will include air/vacuum assemblies, blow-offs, and isolation valves along its alignment. This project will also include the decommission of the existing wells at the current Johnson Creek wellhouse due to their unacceptable water quality. Successful bidder shall commence work on or before the date specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" of the Association and shall fully complete all work within one hundred forty (140) calendar days thereafter. |
