Infrastructure Repairs to the Main Interceptor, Branch Interceptors, and Other Hydraulic Structures on an As Needed Basis

Work to be performed under Contract No. B247 includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all safety, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment and all other facilities required to: Identify the source of the infiltration coming into the sewer. Seal off, bypass, and/or stop infiltration by pressure grout injection and/or a groundwater well-point system; • Traffic Control Coordination with Local Police and/or Local Department of Public Works. • Furnish, operate, and maintain sufficient bypass pumping of the interceptor sewer; • Perform CCTV Inspections (i.e. post-cleaning; pre-lining; post-lining); • Perform any and all pre-line repairs (including but not limited to the dropped invert) for the installation of a liner; • Furnish and install a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner minimum thickness shall be one inch; • Removal and replacement of the manhole frames and covers where needed to accommodate the installation of the CIPP; • Manhole rehabilitation coating system will consist of the Raven Lining Systems 405 epoxy coating system- a 100% solids, solvent-free two-component epoxy resin system (minimum thickness shall be 125-mils). • Complete CIIP Lining of Sewers • Restoration of Pavement • Jet Vacuum Service • Excavation • Slip Lining • Others Items as required for the rehabilitation of hydraulic structures Contract Term: Two years
