Fairview Road and Woden Road Water System Improvements Project

Base Bid: Fairview Road to Fairview Water Plant: 1. 11,827 LF of 8" Class 160 PVC Water Line: including all excavation, backfill, pipe deflection, fittings, gate valves and markers, embedment, tracer wire, restraint, blocking, surface restoration, testing and sterilization all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 2. Connect to existing water line located at the intersection of Woden Road and Fairview Road including all excavation, backfill, pipe deflection, fittings, gate valves and markers, embedment, tracer wire, restraint, blocking, surface restoration, testing and sterilization all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 3. Connect to approximately 55 existing service connections by extending new service from the proposed line and connecting to the existing meter, including all excavation, backfill, service tap, pipe deflection, fittings, gate valves and markers, embedment, tracer wire, restraint, blocking, surface restoration, testing and sterilization all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 4. Connect to existing 2.5” water line located on Fairview Road at CR 512, including all excavation, backfill, pipe deflection, fittings, gate valves and markers, embedment, tracer wire, restraint, blocking, surface restoration, testing and sterilization all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 5. Connect to existing 2” water line located on Fairview Road at approximate sta. 31+10, including all excavation, backfill, pipe deflection, fittings, gate valves and markers, embedment, tracer wire, restraint, blocking, surface restoration, testing and sterilization all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 6. Fairview Road at approximately Station 90+75, 16" PVC casing, dry-bored and jacked, complete in place, including casing spacers, end seals, bore pits, shoring, 8" carrier pipe with tracer wire, installation, testing and sterilization, surface restoration, and all necessary appurtenances, all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 7. CR 511 at approximately Station 0+45, 16" PVC casing, dry-bored and jacked, complete in place, including casing spacers, end seals, bore pits, shoring, 8" carrier pipe with tracer wire, installation, testing and sterilization, surface restoration, and all necessary appurtenances, all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 8. Connect to Fairview Water Plant, located along FM 511 as indicated on the plans, including all necessary appurtenances required for complete and proper installation in accordance with the plans and specifications. 9. 4,869 LF of 4" Class 160 PVC Water Line: including all excavation, backfill, pipe deflection, fittings, gate valves and markers, embedment, tracer wire, restraint, blocking, surface restoration, testing and sterilization all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 10. Fairview Road at approximately Station 108+20, 10" PVC casing, dry-bored and jacked, complete in place, including casing spacers, end seals, bore pits, shoring, 4" carrier pipe with tracer wire, installation, testing and sterilization, surface restoration, and all necessary appurtenances, all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 11. Approximately 68 drainage and structure bores, complete in place, all lengths, fittings and appurtenances, in accordance with the plans and specifications. Additive Bid 1 - Woden Water Plant to CR 555: 1. 5,099 LF of 8" Class 160 PVC Water Line: including all excavation, backfill, pipe deflection, fittings, gate valves and markers, embedment, tracer wire, restraint, blocking, surface restoration, testing and sterilization all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 2. Connect to Woden Water Plant, located along Simpson Road as indicated on the plans, including all necessary appurtenances required for complete and proper installation in accordance with the plans and specifications. 3. Connect to Existing 4" Waterline, located along FM 226 as indicated on the plans, including all necessary appurtenances required for complete and proper installation in accordance with the plans and specifications. 4. FM 226 at approximately Simpson Road, 16”, steel casing, dry-bored and jacked, complete in place, including casing spacers, end seals, bore pits, shoring, 8" carrier pipe with tracer wire, installation, testing and sterilization, surface restoration, and all necessary appurtenances, all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 5. Directional Bore, 8 inch HDPE SDR 11, complete in place, including pipe, tracer wire, embedment, backfill, bore pits, pipe installation, shoring, surface restoration, testing, sterilization and all related appurtenances, complete in place and operable, all in accordance with the plans and specifications. 6. Directional Bore, 8 inch HDPE SDR 11, complete in place, including pipe, tracer wire, embedment, backfill, bore pits, pipe installation, shoring, surface restoration, testing, sterilization and all related appurtenances, complete in place and operable, all in accordance with the plans and specifications. 7. Install air release valves as indicated on the plans, complete in place including manhole, excavation, backfill surface restoration and all related appurtenances. 8. Connect to approximately 7 existing service connections by extending new service from the proposed line and connecting to the existing meter, including all excavation, backfill, service tap, pipe deflection, fittings, gate valves and markers, embedment, tracer wire, restraint, blocking, surface restoration, testing and sterilization all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 9. Connect to 3 existing services by extending new service from the existing service located in the back lot from the proposed line and connecting to the existing meter, including all excavation, backfill, service tap, pipe deflection, fittings, gate valves and markers, embedment, tracer wire, restraint, blocking, surface restoration, testing and sterilization all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 10. Woden Road near the Church, approximate Sta. 20+40, 16” steel casing, dry-bored and jacked, complete in place, including casing spacers, end seals, bore pits, shoring, 8" carrier pipe with tracer wire, installation, testing and sterilization, surface restoration, connect to existing 4” water line on the south side of the road, and all necessary appurtenances, all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 11. Install 2 in-line isolation gate valves and one air release valve, as indicated on the plans, including all necessary appurtenances required for complete and proper installation in accordance with the plans and specifications. 12. Woden Road at CR 555, 16” steel casing, dry-bored and jacked, complete in place, including casing spacers, end seals, bore pits, shoring, 8" carrier pipe with tracer wire, installation, testing and sterilization, surface restoration, and all necessary appurtenances, all in strict accordance with plans and specifications. 13. Connect to existing water line at CR 555, including all excavation, backfill, pipe deflection, fittings, gate valves and markers, embedment, tracer wire, restraint, blocking, surface restoration, testing and sterilization all in strict accordance with plans and specifications.
