Bike Mechanics Interior Remodel

Project Scope: The work includes the finishing of the 4100 sft shell space on level 1 of Building T. Four hollow metal doors will be removed and replaced. One wall will be constructed to separate the mechanics space from the bike storage space. The entry condition has been reconfigured into an alcove. The space will be finished with painted furred sheetrock walls, patched in quarry tiles and existing concrete flooring- sealed, a grid of Unistrut at the ceiling for new track lighting and future monitors. The fire protection, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems will be updated for the new bike mechanics space.
