| Description | Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, and equipment required in order to construct roadway, drainage, and utility improvements for Old Moultrie Road from US 1 to Summerhill Circle in St. Augustine, St. Johns County, Florida. The Old Moultrie Road improvements consist of milling and resurfacing of the existing roadway, shoulder construction, sidewalk construction, pavement markings, and signage.
