| Description | Preventive Maintenance (PM) – Shall be completed in October. Shall include the following: Comprehensive inspection per NFPA 110, ASTM, OEM and the engine manufacture’s requirements. Replenish any fluids as needed. Preventive Maintenance cost shall include travel, labor, and materials. 2. Annual Maintenance (AM) – Shall be completed in April. Shall include the following: Preventive maintenance as listed above.Change oil Replace all filters (oil, air, fuel, etc.). Annual Maintenance cost shall include travel, labor, and materials. 3. Repairs: Any repairs needed must be approved by Dinwiddie County Public Works or Dinwiddie County School Maintenance prior to completion. Labor for repairs shall be billed at an hourly rate. The County will only pay for time the Contractor is on-site. We will not pay for travel time to and from a site. Materials shall be billed at cost. No other fees will be allowed. |
