Description

HVAC system upgrade of the existing water source heat pump system to a new water source heat pump system with a chiller, boiler, HVAC pumping replacement, and new direct digital control system. The MEP scope also includes bid alternates for installation of a geothermal water source heat pump system in lieu of the existing boiler cooling tower system, and replacement of the existing building lighting system to LED lights.
