Gymnasium Locker Room HVAC Replacement Project

The Work includes modifications to the mechanical systems and controls of the campus Gymnasium/Fieldhouse building, as delineated on the project drawing set. Demolition includes decommissioning and removal of the existing dx and HHW air moving equipment, exhaust fans, and portions of ductwork. New work includes three new chilled/heating water air handlers, zone level terminal boxes with HHW reheat, exhaust fans, a new exterior mechanical yard, additions to the chilled water and heating water distribution, & all associated controls.
