Description

Provide all parts and labor necessary kitchen modifications as listed in this Scope of Work. 1. Remove and replace the grease trap along with the supply and discharge piping. Replacement of grease trap shall be same size as existing. Contractor to verify grease trap make and model. 2. Remove and replace all drain lines in kitchen to all plumbed fixtures (from fixtures to the trunk line). Saw cut floors for new drain lines and back fill concrete flooring and install ceramic tiles. 3. Remove and replace all angle stops and shut off valves for water supply lines to all fixtures (from wall out). Replacement shall be in kind. 4. Remove and replace all light switches and outlets inside kitchen and pantry room with Deco design (white) and new SS cover plates. 5. Remove and replace one existing garbage disposal with new (Owner provided). 6. Remove and install one new dishwasher, preheater and booster and associated equipment provided by DEMA, utilizing the existing electrical, contractor to provide all new piping required for new hook up, contractor to install new supply and drain piping. Contractor to coordinate with ECO lab to replace and re-connect chemical feeders. 7. Remove and replace all faucets and sprayers in dishwasher sink in kind. 8. Remove and discard sink and plumbing fixtures inside the office and spin the drain and water 180 degrees to face inside the kitchen to relocate SS hand sink by entry door. 9. Remove and replace all drain strainers with new in kind. 10. Remove and relocate all existing floor outlets under kitchen hood. New pony wall shall be constructed approximately 11’-0” L x 3’-6” H, to accommodate relocated outlets and gas lines. Pony wall will be located under the existing fume hood. Pony wall finish shall be framed, dry walled and stainless steel over dry wall. 11. Remove existing kitchen light fixtures and install 16 new 4’ (wet area) light fixtures, surface mounted, with T-8 lamps in place of existing in kitchen only. 12. Existing ceramic floor tiles, Grind flooring as needed for proper preparation and apply anti-slip epoxy flooring. Contractor is responsible for moving any item in kitchen before removal of flooring and placing items back to previous location. Storage location will be provided by owner for items move. 13. Contractor to verify exhaust/supply fans, airflow, electrical control systems and any other component. Up on completion of project contractor to ensure kitchen ventilation is operational. Contractor to schedule a second inspection 60 days from completion of project and address any issues and make necessary repairs. 14. Remove and replace twelve (12) existing stainless steel hood filters. Contractor to verify quantity and measurement. 15. Prep and paint six doors, door frames and jams in kitchen (color provide by DEMA). Six door locations leading in and out of kitchen area. 16. Patch, texture and paint all painted surfaces in the kitchen and pantry room. Paint shall be Dunn Edward Swiss Coffee semi-gloss. 17. Replace all ceiling tiles in Scullery with vinyl tiles.
