Bancroft Avenue: Cascade Street to Whitford Street Whitford Street: Alcott Avenue to Channing Avenue Grading, Aggregate Base, Bituminous Surfacing, Concrete Curb & Gutter, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, Water Main, and Services Fergus Falls Reconstruction Improvements The Project consists of reconstructing approximately 1,100 LF of Street which will include the removal and replacement of 623 LF of 8” sanitary sewer main, 518 LF of 6” riser/lead pipe, 1 sanitary sewer manhole, 808 LF of 6” water main, 514 LF of 1” copper service pipe, reconstruction of 4,210 SY of roadway including 468 LF of curb and gutter replacement, 1,797SF of sidewalk/driveway apron replacement with ADA improvements, 1,365 Ton Aggregate Base Class 5, 450 LF of 12”RCP Storm Sewer, 5 storm sewer structures and other miscellaneous items.
