New Restricted Master Keyway System - Rekeying All Interior and Exterior Doors

The scope of work is as outlined below: • Replace all interior and exterior door locks with Sargent Restricted Keyway System.• All interior doors must have Sargent Security Intruder Locking System.• Specific Lock Information is Referenced in Attachment 1 • Provide 2 Sargent Keys for Every Cylinder • Provide 400 Sargent Key Blanks • All keys will be stamped/labeled.• A key bidding list that cross references the key label and location of the lock will be provided.• Replaced Door #14 at Roane County High School (Vo-Ag Shop Area) with Metal Door (3070 LH) to fit existing opening and to include a Sargent lock as specified above.• Replace interior door at Spencer Middle School Kitchen Area with Birch 2868 Stave Core door to fit existing opening to include a Sargent lock as specified above.• The Roane County Central Office Complex is to be considered as Alternate “A”.• Installation completed within 8 weeks of awarding of bid.
