Description

ork includes, but is not limited to all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform general construction, alternations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, necessary removal of existing structures and constructions and certain other items. Work includes demolition of the existing site and installation of a new parking lot on the Montrose VA Medical Center campus. The parking area is provided with a new access drive from FDR Veteran Hospital road and connects to an existing parking area. Electrical Work: Electrical work on this project includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform the required electrical construction work on this project, including the installation of pole mounted lighting fixtures and all associated materials, etc. as required for a complete and functional installation.
